Human Rights Policy & Advocacy | Research | Data Science |

This site is a snapshot of some of my public projects. I have also led extensive, confidential organisational advocacy, research, strategy, and communication. I’m happy to share more if you get in touch.
Hi, I’m Varyanne,
I’ve spent 10 years working in human rights advocacy, research and coalition-building in Africa. I combine my research, policy and advocacy expertise with data science skills to design impactful programs and communicate complex ideas with clarity. My work has been at the intersection of policy and advocacy, communication, research, project management and technology. I have focused on movement building and advancing gender justice, with attention to in inclusivity, bodily autonomy, well-being, and accountable governance.
Now, I bridge worlds connecting advocacy, research and data regionally and globally. I help organisations and movements design and implement people-centred programs, and communicate for impactful change.
